Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential environments. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. The House Cleaner will be responsible for a variety of cleaning duties, including but not limited to general housekeeping, laundry, and sanitation.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.
- Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed in all cleaning tasks to maintain a healthy environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working condition; report any maintenance issues as needed.
- Assist with additional tasks such as cooking or organizing as requested by clients.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used for various surfaces and materials.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is an advantage.
