Qualifications
Knowledge and aptitude in working with persons suffering from Alzheimer's Disease and other related disorders
Sensitivity toward impaired elderly and caregivers
Ability to work with volunteers
Ability to work closely with others and take
Initiative/responsibility, good attendance and punctual
Demonstrates a warm and caring attitude towards others
Working conditions are normal for an Adult daycare environment
Must be ok with cleaning up after people
Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and security of the participants and respond appropriately to emergencies.
Assists participants with getting in and out of company vehicle.
Accurate and complete record keeping of attendees for pick up and drop off.
Actively participate in the multidisciplinary team, and advocate on behalf of participants and their families.
Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with participants, caregivers and staff.
A Program Driver must be responsible and work well with other staff and site participants
REQUIRED:
- Must have a class C Driver license.
- Must Speak English and Spanish
Job Type: Part time- Weekend only
Pay: $18.00 -$20.00 per hour
Schedule: 6:30am-3pm
- 8-16 hours per week
