Person In Charge

Requirements:

• Responsible for customer product and service standards
• Foster an environment of teamwork
• Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer and store experience
• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
• Execute quality store operations
• Clean store, small wares, etc as necessary
• Adhere to all food, safety and security guidelines
• Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies

Greets customers, takes orders, operates cash register, collects payments from customers and makes change

Executes genuine greetings and farewells

Fills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity

Maintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with the dress code

Displays a positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to all assignments

Performs other related duties as required

Must also have availability for 40 hours per week and be able to work high volume lunches or dinners!

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 3040 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shift
• Ability to be mobile in walkin refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to 10° F

Pay Rate starting at $19 per hour
