What You?ll Do

As an HVAC Service Billing Specialist, you play a critical role in ensuring service and install work is billed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies. You?ll work closely with technicians, service managers, and accounting to turn completed work into clear, accurate customer invoices.

In this role, you will:

? Work closely with technicians, service managers, and accounting to review completed work and prepare accurate customer invoices.
? Ensure all services, materials, memberships, and costs are captured correctly, supporting timely billing and month-end reporting.
? Assist customers with invoice and payment questions, providing friendly, professional support and helping resolve discrepancies.
? Support billing and accounts receivable processes and reporting, while helping maintain compliance with company policies, tax requirements, and membership terms.
