About the Role Mirabelle's Bakery is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support our wholesale operations and kitchen production. This role is a great fit for someone who likes hands-on work, doesn't mind repetitive tasks done well, and wants to grow their baking skills from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Help customers with bulk/wholesale orders of our products
- Pack and prepare wholesale orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and proper presentation
- Assist with dough prep, including scooping cookie dough and preparing pie dough
- Support bakers with a variety of entry-level production tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation
- Help with basic inventory and supply organization for wholesale and production areas
- Other duties as assigned to support daily bakery operations
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on tasks and standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual, with strong attention to detail
- Able to follow recipes, procedures, and food safety guidelines
- A team player who communicates well and takes direction easily
- Flexible availability across the week
- Prior kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required - we'll train the right person
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
