LPN Nurse Manager- Assisted Living/Residential/Memory Care - Full Time
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 / year DOE
Mirabella Portland is hiring a full time LPN Manager to support Assisted Living and Residential/Memory Care. The LPN Manager will oversee/respond to nursing needs in home care as well. This position will coordinate and manage the overall care delivered to residents by assisting the Residential Care/Assisted Living manager and ensuring that services are appropriate to meet residents’ needs in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. This position will have an on call rotation.
Mirabella Portland, a part of Pacific Retirement Services, is a beautiful not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the South Waterfront. Mirabella is home to more than 300 independent living residents who enjoy a high-end resort style living experience. Our assisted living and memory care units both have 17 beds. We also have a 27 bed SNF (5 star rated) located on the second floor and work with Medicare, HMO, and Private Insurance patients.

About You
- One-year plus experience in long-term care, memory care, residential care, caregiving, medication administration or a related field.
- Valid LPN license from accredited program, college, or university if required by the state in which you work.
- Current and valid CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound judgements concerning all aspects patient care.
- Excellent understanding, skills and ability to communicate patient care and sensitive issues.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and medical records and clinical software programs.
