Overview
Mirabella at ASU is seeking a full-time Wellness Coordinator to join our team! You will coordinate and organize all wellness activities including campus-wide special events, train volunteers for Wellness Programs, develop funding, and manage the public relations program. You will assure that the quality of life for all residents will be enhanced through wellness.

You will coordinate and organize all wellness activities including campus-wide special events, train volunteers for Wellness Programs, develop funding, and manage the public relations program. You will assure that the quality of life for all residents will be enhanced through wellness.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct personal fitness and health assessments with residents and staff to determine initial fitness qualifications and make any necessary referrals to physicians for approval.
- Create and coordinate programs with the residents and the outside community and other organizations and individuals.
- Provide introductory personal training appointments to residents and staff, including, but not limited to, equipment workouts, aquatic exercises, yoga, etc.
- Participate in continuing education and keep up-to-date with all new laws and state regulation changes.
- Manage all aspects of pool operations including scheduling, safety, staffing, and compliance with regulations.
- Assist in developing funding resources from business organizations and individuals for special programs and equipment.
- Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Certificate.
- Current CPR/AED, First Aid, and professional rescuer certifications.
- Two (2) years’ experience in fitness, physical therapy, clerical office work or related field.
- Preferred experience with the Senior population
