PRN Concierge

Overview

Mirabella at ASU, a modern, upscale retirement community in downtown Tempe, is seeking a PRN Concierge - On Call for our Resident Services team to assist with front desk issues, oversight, communication, reporting, and processes. You will be responsible for projecting an outgoing, friendly personality while meeting and greeting visitors as well as assisting residents and employees with their needs.

About You

• One year experience in clerical office work, reception, scheduling, and front desk experience is preffered.
• Prior experience dealing with the public regularly and ability to demonstrate restraint and professionalism in delivering customer service to residents and the public.
• Ability to read, speak, write, and follow oral and written directions. Ability to fill out forms, keep accurate records, and submit reports.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Organizational skills.
• Good phone technique. Knowledge of basic office equipment (multi-phone lines, fax machines, computers, typewriters, photocopiers).
  
  

Schedule: Hours and Days Vary, Overnight availability.

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 hr / DOE
