The Resident Assessment (MDS) Coordinator & Infection Preventionist will assist with the coordination of the resident assessment process, care planning updates, Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessment scheduling and completion.
$2,000 - Sign on Bonus (RN)
Work Schedule: Full-Time ; Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm

Mirabella is home to more than 370 residents who have access to a wide array of amazing amenities and care services. As part of the continuum of care, Mirabella has a 21 bed Skilled Unit and a 20 bed memory care unit located on the second floor – both serve both existing residents and the Tempe community at large. Our residents have access to highly personalized care with 21 Private Suites/Bathrooms and a newly constructed environment (Completed in August 2020)! About You
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from an accredited program, school or university.
- CDC Infection Preventionist certificate required (or able to obtain the certificate within 2 month of hire).
- 2-3 years of previous MDS experience.
- Understand state, federal and local regulations in relation to long-term care and skilled nursing requirements.
