What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and minor improvements to buildings, equipment, and systems throughout the community.
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks including drywall repair, light painting, and general upkeep.
- Perform basic repairs on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems while ensuring safety and compliance.
- Respond to maintenance requests, alarms, and emergency situations while supporting building safety procedures.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm
About You
- Minimum of one year of experience in general maintenance, building repair, or a related field.
- Experience using basic tools and performing routine repairs safely and effectively.
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond calmly in emergency situations.
