About The Role

What You’ll Be Doing

- Assist with preparing and compiling the data and information for the quarterly reports for the governing board.
- Manage the internal resident intranet system
- Maintain departmental and administrative meeing minutes.
- Assist and/or direct residents to the most appropriate department or person to meet their needs.
- Provide information and assistance to employees, residents, and guests on a regular basis via phone, memo, fax, email, or in person.
- Maintain and manage appointment, room scheduling, and community events for residents and department Directors.
- Assist with expense report processing.
- Create and maintain filing and recordkeeping systems.
- Format and draft letters for resident updates.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in clerical office work, customer service, or a related field.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs and other relevant business applications/software.
- The idea candidate will have experience compiling and analyzing data, creating detailed reports, and accurately documenting meeting notes to support decision-making for quarterly board meetings.
- This role requires strong analytical skills, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
