Overview
Mira Vista Care Center is hiring a Resident Care Manager (RCM) to lead a nursing team, drive clinical outcomes, and develop staff.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a skilled nursing facility. You are responsible for both people and performance.
If you are looking for a low-accountability role, this is not it.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop nursing staff on your unit
- Oversee care plans, assessments, and clinical execution
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of documentation
- Coordinate with IDT, physicians, and families
- Maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance
- Identify problems early and take action
Schedule
- Full time
- Weekends required
- Leadership presence based on building needs
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license (Washington)
- Skilled nursing experience required
- Prior leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
