This is a full-time, on-site position for an Outreach Specialist based in Atlanta, GA. The Outreach Specialist will focus on building relationships with local communities, organizations, and potential clients. Responsibilities include conducting outreach initiatives, managing community events, identifying prospective clients through research, and providing excellent customer service to ensure the needs of clients and their families are met. The role also involves creating written communication and fostering meaningful connections to promote the services offered by Mir Home Care Inc.
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to effectively engage with clients, partners, and the community.
- Customer Service expertise combined with interpersonal skills to address client needs and inquiries with care and professionalism.
- Proven experience in Community Outreach and Research to identify and develop connections with new opportunities and partners.
- Ability to plan and execute initiatives to promote awareness of our services and build trust within the local community.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in an on-site team environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare or caregiving services is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
