For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At MiQ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This opportunity has a set hourly rate of $25/hr. This range may vary for positions outside of New York City as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with campaign optimizations, checking Advertiser delivery, client reporting deliverables, and testing emerging formats.
- Conduct research, gather data, and analyze information to support project objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, solve problems, and drive innovation.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Participate in team meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Other duties as assigned to support the department and organization's goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest in online advertising and complex problem solving.
- Authorized to work in the US (student visas and those requiring sponsorship will not be considered at this time)
- Be available for the full fellowship period
- Be able to commute to the local office where your fellowship is located
