Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting end-to-end supply chain processes across procurement, inventory, order management, and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and conduct Fit-Gap analysis for Oracle SCM implementations.
- Configure and implement Oracle SCM modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Product Management, and Supply Planning.
- Design and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define To-Be processes and ensure alignment with best practices.
- Support integrations with third-party systems using OIC, FBDI, and other tools.
- Perform data migration, system testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support.
- Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI/BI tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules.
- Hands-on expertise in at least 2β3 modules: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, or Planning.
- Good understanding of supply chain business processes (P2P, O2C).
- Experience with integrations, data conversion, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
