Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise food and beverage staff to deliver outstanding service in casual dining, fine dining, catering, and bar settings.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation standards to ensure quality and consistency across all outlets.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to optimize profitability.
• Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
• Conduct staff training sessions on food safety, food handling, customer service, and operational procedures to foster a high-performance team.
• Monitor shift operations, including managing staffing levels, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and resolving guest concerns promptly.
• Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Skills

• Extensive experience in food service management with a strong background in managing hospitality teams across various dining formats.
• Proficiency in POS systems solid cash handling skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in food safety management, inventory control, budgeting, and profit analysis.
• Proven ability to lead teams through training & development initiatives; excellent managerial communication skills.
• Strong culinary knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen management, and food production processes.
• Experience supervising staff in quick service & fast-food restaurants as well as casual or fine dining environments.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences; adept at managing hospitality teams effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail during shift management.
