Key Responsibilities
• Lead facility operations across restoration bays, showrooms, classrooms, and proving track
• Oversee vendor coordination, logistics, and build spec execution with financial discipline
• Develop systems for inventory, scheduling, safety, and quality control across all divisions
• Ensure signage, documentation, and reference sheets meet Miouri’s brand and operational standards
• Collaborate with Sales, Creative, and Education teams to maintain alignment across workflows
• Report directly to the CEO with performance metrics, cost optimization strategies, and launch-readiness updates
Salary : $250,000 - $275,000
