Your Role (Start as a Field Appointment Setter)
- Knock assigned neighborhoods (outdoors & active)
- Have real conversations with homeowners
- Set qualified appointments for our sales team
- Track your activity and hit targets
- Learn high-level sales skills every single day
Performance = Promotion. Hit 3 quality sets and you become eligible to start closing deals with much higher commissions. Compensation (100% Commission – Uncapped)
- Setter: $500–$1,000 per completed deal
- Closer: $2,000–$7,000 per deal
- Manager overrides: $3,000–$10,000
