Job Summary
We are seeking some dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests while maintaining food safety standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely preparation of meals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service or food industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices and culinary basics.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
• Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
