Your New Role
- Location: Based in San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas
- Lead the Charge: Manage and lead a crew on commercial jobsites, ensuring top-quality plumbing installation and safety compliance
- Hands-On Expertise: Read and interpret project documents, schedules, blueprints, and specifications
- Work With Purpose: Oversee installation of plumbing piping systems and fixtures to code
- Stay On Schedule: Coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors to keep jobs moving and on budget

Job requirements
- Must be a US Citizen, dual citizen or have a green card.
- Must have a valid, unexpired drivers license and social security card.
- Must be able to pass federal finger printing and background checks, including NBIS.
- Must be willing to get an up to date flu shot and TB vaccination.
- No Felony convictions are eligible.
- Journeyman Plumbing License (or higher) required
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience, with proven leadership on commercial jobs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong understanding of plumbing code, system layouts, and project coordination
- Must be able to read blueprints and construction documents
