What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1ST SHIFT PRODUCTION position at Minutemen Workforce Solutions?
Mission of the Position To follow specific work instructions and complete required processes to customer product specifications under supervision and direction of Area Team Leaders and Production Supervisor which may include one or a combine the following: Prepare, stage, inspect, load, assemble and document quality processes for customer product.
- Essential Job Results Work Processes
- Follows work instructions and performs work per customer requirements
- Applies paste to parts per work instructions using proper technique and paste amounts
- Performs rework and de-burring safely and correctly, using proper guidelines
- Assembles work, per work instructions, safely, efficiently and correctly
- Loads furnace by correct process layout and temperature settings
- Unloads furnace and checks part as described in work instructions
- Applies rust proofing as instructed, when required
- Prepares and packages product for shipping according to customer requirement
- Prepares parts for annealing following work instructions
