Minuteman Volkswagen, a trusted and established dealership known for outstanding service and customer satisfaction, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Sales Associate to join our team full-time.
As a Parts Counter Sales professional, you’ll be the go-to resource for both our service team and retail customers, helping them find the right parts and accessories quickly and accurately. If you’re passionate about cars, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and service technicians in selecting and purchasing automotive parts and accessories
- Accurately look up and order parts using electronic catalog systems
- Maintain and organize inventory and restock parts as needed
- Coordinate and track special orders
- Provide excellent customer service at the counter, over the phone, and via email
- Work closely with the service and sales departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales preferred
- Knowledge of automotive systems and components (Volkswagen experience a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills; experience with dealership management systems a plus
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
