Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This role is responsible for supporting the accurate movement of freight through receiving, staging, storing, and shipping. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains a clean and safe workspace, and communicates effectively with their team.

This is a refrigerated warehouse environment, and the associate must be comfortable working in chilled or cold conditions as part of our cold chain operation.

This isn't just a job of moving boxes — it's about doing work that matters and supporting a team that's moving with purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming freight; report damage, overages, and shortages
• Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently
• Organize and store freight in appropriate locations
• Perform daily inventory checks and keep accurate records
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed)
• Follow all safety protocols and equipment check procedures
• Keep warehouse aisles clean and clear of debris
• Communicate any order issues, errors, or concerns to supervisors

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work in a refrigerated and physically active warehouse environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
• Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment and safety practices
• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
