What you’ll be doing (and doing well!):
- Operational Leadership: Oversee branch operations and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, quality of service, and adherence to security protocols. Set performance benchmarks and monitor outcomes to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the branch’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets. Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support strategic planning and operational decisions.
- Business Development: Lead efforts to expand the branch’s client base, identify new business opportunities, and develop proposals to meet clients’ evolving security needs. Collaborate with corporate sales and marketing teams to drive growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and addressing client concerns or escalations. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication and service reviews.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies in alignment with corporate goals. Assess market trends and adjust branch objectives to stay competitive and responsive to industry demands.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all branch activities comply with industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies. Implement risk management strategies, oversee audits, and ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of branch staff. Mentor and develop mid-level managers and supervisors to build a high-performing, engaged team.
- Crisis Management and Emergency Response: Lead response efforts during security incidents, coordinating with clients, law enforcement, and company stakeholders. Ensure the branch is prepared for emergencies through regular training and resource allocation.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide comprehensive reports to corporate leadership on branch performance, operational issues, financial health, and client satisfaction. Use data analytics to drive informed decision-making.

What we like about you:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field or equivalent experience; Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Preferably 10 years in a senior leadership or general management role within the security industry or a similar field, with demonstrated success in operational oversight, financial management, and strategic planning.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to drive growth and operational efficiency
