Pay Transparency Statement
The base salary range for this role is $87,700 - $140,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.

- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of highly complex security installation projects.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, and resource allocation.
- Manage project financials by controlling costs, negotiating with vendors, optimizing procurement, and protecting project margins.
- Identify project risks and scope changes early, negotiating change orders and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders including executives, engineers, technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Oversee complex multi-technology system integrations and support troubleshooting for network or interoperability issues.
- Communicate project status, financial performance, risks, and key metrics through executive-level updates and stakeholder reporting.
- Mentor junior project managers and team members while ensuring installation quality standards and continuous improvement across projects
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
