Minuteman Press is looking for a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will interact directly with our business clients, maintain accurate customer records in our database, and communicate clearly with our production department to ensure client needs are met.
Our primary clientele are local businesses, organizations, or individual professionals needing print promotional and design services to help promote their businesses.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a professional customer-facing role, strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience with data entry.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers via telephone, email, and in person at our office with their print, promotional, and design projects
- Entering orders into our proprietary management software, which we will train you on how to use
- Customer correspondence through the order process
- Researching and communicating with Vendors to produce promotional materials
- Maintaining customer billing and A/R
- Assisting with electronic marketing and social media
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assisting the production team within the Print and Bindery department
- Vendor relations
- Filing completed orders
- Following up and updating inactive contacts/customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service / Inside Sales
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask
- Experience with Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Solid logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Professional appearance and attitude
Sales or marketing experience is highly preferred, and prior printing or design experience is a bonus. The ability to manage social media accounts is also a plus.
