Job Summary
Minuteman Press of Wake Forest/Youngsville is looking for a Customer Relations professional to join our team. We are a locally owned and operated print shop looking for a friendly, customer focused candidate with exceptional organizational skills to take ownership of the customer facing, estimating and order processing role.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries either in person or via phone and email
- Assist clients with product or service questions
- End to end job processing, including estimating, work ordering, invoicing
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through detailed data entry and documentation using Microsoft Office tools and other CRM systems
- Placing and managing supplier orders to ensure timely delivery
- Assisting with print production duties as needed
Requirements
- 2 years of experience working in an Office or Customer Service Environment
- Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
- Superior organizational and communication skills with diligent attention to detail and follow up
- Strong computer skills with proficiency data entry accuracy as well as the ability to interpret data to ensure accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Outbound calling experience coupled with sales skills is desirable for promoting services or products effectively.
- Ability to work well within a team environment while independently managing daily responsibilities.
- Previous experience with print and print files would be beneficial
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
