We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing friendly and professional assistance at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for correspondence, scheduling, and record keeping
- Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff
- Support office management tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing via internal software
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and office documentation
- Experience with marketing, email campaigns, and inside sales is preferred.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Experience with Print Production is preferred but not required.
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse clients
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and data entry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with good time management skills
- Previous experience as a receptionist (medical or dental), personal assistant, or administrative assistant is advantageous
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
