Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to clients and internal teams through effective communication, administrative tasks, and office management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office software. Experience in front desk operations and multi-line phone systems. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing friendly and professional assistance at the front desk
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for correspondence, scheduling, and record keeping
  • Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff
  • Support office management tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing via internal software
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and office documentation
  • Experience with marketing, email campaigns, and inside sales is preferred.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Experience with Print Production is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse clients
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and data entry
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with good time management skills
  • Previous experience as a receptionist (medical or dental), personal assistant, or administrative assistant is advantageous
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills both written and verbal

This position is integral to maintaining smooth office operations while delivering outstanding customer service. We value proactive individuals who are eager to contribute positively to our team environment.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
