Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in a print shop or related field, with a solid understanding of print and finishing processes.
• Technical proficiency with machinery and equipment used in printing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn from mistakes.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and physically manage the demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Effective communication skills, capable of working as part of a team and maintaining positive relationships with coworkers.
