- Problem-Solving (This is important): Address and troubleshoot any operational issues that arise during the print process. Use your learned skills to find effective solutions quickly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to coordinate efforts and ensure that timelines are met. Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Cleaning: Keeping production area clean & in good condition.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in a print shop or related field, with a solid understanding of print and finishing processes.
- Technical proficiency with machinery and equipment used in printing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn from mistakes.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and physically manage the demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Effective communication skills, capable of working as part of a team and maintaining positive relationships with coworkers.
