About the Role
We’re looking for a talented, motivated Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. You’ll work on both corporate projects and individual franchise needs, creating high-quality print and digital designs while keeping everything on brand.
You’ll work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and teams across the company to turn ideas into designs that really work. This role is a great fit for someone who’s creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Design and produce a wide range of print and digital materials, including flyers, brochures, signage, direct mail pieces, presentations, and social media graphics.
- Make sure all designs follow Minuteman Press brand guidelines and trademark standards.
- Support franchise locations with custom, location-specific designs.
- Prepare print-ready files with the right bleeds, margins, color profiles, and specs.
- Work closely with marketing, compliance, operations, and other internal teams.
- Maintain and improve brand templates, assets, and design libraries.
- Review and update existing materials to keep branding consistent and polished.
- Manage multiple projects and tight deadlines without missing a beat.
- Share design best practices that help franchises succeed.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in print design and production.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience creating and editing PowerPoint presentations.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand standards.
- Good organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with both designers and non-designers.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a print or commercial printing environment.
- Familiarity with franchise or multi-location brands.
- Experience building templates or scalable design systems.
- Comfort working directly with internal clients or stakeholders.

- Base salary: $55,000- $60,000.
