Minuteman Press Cudahy is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented team member to join our expanding print and marketing center. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, design, and production in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email with print, design, and promotional projects
- Create and edit files using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Prepare estimates, work orders, and submit files to vendors
- Operate digital printing equipment and perform light bindery/finishing work
- Ensure jobs are produced accurately, on time, and to quality standards
- Build strong customer relationships through professional, consultative service
- Work as part of a close-knit team to meet daily production deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Experience with graphic design and print production preferred
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (PC-based environment)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under deadlines
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
