Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service & Project Coordinator located in Caldwell, NJ. In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for our customers and help keep every project moving smoothly from quote to delivery. Responsibilities include providing front-line support, managing phone communication, monitoring active customer projects to ensure deadlines are met, coordinating with our print and apparel vendors to keep orders on schedule, preparing accurate customer quotes, and responding to customer email promptly and professionally. You will play a key role in maintaining positive and professional relationships with our customers. We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their work and enjoys helping customers and keeping projects on track.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service.

- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and professional communication.
