Key Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Execute outbound calling campaigns to identify new business opportunities and re-engage past clients.
- Lead Management: Promptly follow up on inbound inquiries and manage the sales pipeline through our CRM.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client needs to recommend the best print, signage, and promotional products.
- Project Coordination: Act as the liaison between the client and our production team to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Relationship Building: Nurture existing accounts through regular check-ins and "warm calling" to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Quote & Close: Prepare professional estimates, negotiate terms, and confidently close sales.
Requirements
- Proven Track Record: Experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or retail customer service (print or marketing industry experience is a major plus).
- Communication Pro: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with the ability to explain custom processes clearly.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn our proprietary pricing and management software.
- The "Hunter" Mentality: You aren't afraid to pick up the phone and are motivated by reaching sales targets.
- Detail Oriented: In the print world, the little things matter. You must be highly organized and able to multitask without dropping the ball.
