Minuteman Press Atascadero is seeking only the BEST candidates for a position as a Digital Print Production / Graphics / Customer Service This position will be responsible for assisting our customers via telephone, email, and in person at our office with their print, promotional and design projects.

We are looking for someone with production experience and someone who also has graphics knowledge. Some of your duties will include submitting files to vendors, dealing directly with customers, preparing estimates and work orders, digital printing, light bindery, and being part of a cohesive team. We are PC based, using the Adobe design software.

We need someone who can provide exemplary customer service, build relationships, and use consultative selling when working with customers.

Requirements:

• Print shop experience is a big plus – this is NOT a Graphics Only Position
• Digital Copier and Bindery Experience is Highly Desired
• Experience with Graphic Design (Adobe Cloud)
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Excellent time-management skills. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks and aggressive daily deadlines with minimal supervision and extraordinary attention to detail.
• Work both independently and as a member of a team, from concept to completion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Professional Appearance and Attitude.
• General shop cleaning

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
