Part-Time Production & E-Commerce Associate

Part-Time (Hours Flexible), opportunity for full-time

Minuteman Press Ashland is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to support both production and our expanding e-commerce operations.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No two days look the same—this position blends print production, apparel fulfillment, and light digital work.

Production & Finishing

• Operate equipment for cutting, binding, laminating, and finishing printed materials
• Assist with light in-house printing and production tasks
• Ensure all jobs meet quality standards before completion

Apparel & Merchandise Fulfillment

• Order apparel and promotional products for client jobs
• Press apparel using heat press equipment (t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.)
• Apply transfers to items like koozies and other promotional goods
• Package and prepare completed orders

E-Commerce Support (InkSoft)

• Build and update simple e-commerce stores using our InkSoft platform
• Help manage incoming online orders and coordinate fulfillment

Shipping & Job Management

• Close out completed jobs accurately in our system
• Pack and ship orders using shipping platforms
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries when needed

Customer & Team Support

• Greet and assist walk-in customers
• Help answer basic questions or direct inquiries to the right team member
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Assist with capturing photos/videos of completed jobs for social media

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Positive attitude and team player
• Willingness to learn new systems and equipment
• Basic computer skills (experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

• Experience with print shops, production, or apparel decoration
• Familiarity with heat presses or DTF transfers
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (InkSoft, Shopify, etc.)
• Interest in marketing or social media content
