Solution Architect - Systems/DevSecOps Engineer
Work Location: Fully Remote (occasional onsite as required)
Overview
The Group conducts software and hardware reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and system exploitation to support critical U.S. Government missions. The group develops and prototypes cutting-edge capabilities focused on identifying and mitigating cyber vulnerabilities in U.S. systems while improving understanding of adversarial technologies.
This role supports a mission-critical, high-availability infrastructure and plays a vital part in national security operations.
Must Have Qualifications
Experience
- Scripting & Task Automation (e.g., server installation, patching, configuration management) – 5 years

Systems Engineering

Primary Responsibilities
- Provision and maintain on-premises, high-availability server and network infrastructure
- Design and implement server and network configurations
- Monitor performance, availability, and capacity of systems and networks
- Troubleshoot system and network performance issues
- Configure and maintain security systems
- Provision new hardware and roll out software updates and patches
- Maintain data, logs, backups, and recovery processes
- Enforce standards for server installations and applications
- Identify and mitigate security risks and poor data management practices
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and developers through sprint reviews and status updates
- Automate infrastructure and operations using scripting, CI/CD, configuration management, and container orchestration tools
