Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes.
- Explain repair steps, timelines, and expectations clearly and confidently.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Effectively manage all incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, and direct such matters to the appropriate person or department.
- Schedule estimates, drop-offs, and tow-ins.
- Alert the team to any scheduling changes or customer updates.
- Verify insurance information and ensure necessary authorizations are obtained.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
- Take the lead with all A/R, coordinating and recording payments.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front-office environment.
- Always protect customer privacy and data.
