What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Specialist position at Minute Men Staffing?
Now Hiring: Warehouse Specialists in Canton
Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm.
This is a temporary assignment lasting 4-6 weeks.
Weekly pay starting at $16 per hour.
Job Duties:
- Coordinate and support volunteer activities, including training, project setup, supervision, and cleanup.
- Interact with diverse volunteer groups and maintain accurate records of participation, donations, and project metrics.
- Assist with inventory, including donation tracking and quarterly counts.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for distribution, including replenishment and add-on products.
- Maintain warehouse organization and perform daily housekeeping tasks.
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verify counts against documentation, and follow proper storage procedures.
- Operate powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to move, store, and load materials safely.
- Load agency vehicles and support distribution operations, including maintaining product quality and organization in distribution areas.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least one year of forklift experience.
- At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
