Now hiring a Tool Room Machinist for a manufacturing company in Uniontown.
1st shift: 6am – 4:30pm
Weekly pay ranging between $24 - $28 per hour, depending on experience.
The Tool Room Machinist is responsible for interpreting tolerances and doing a variety of set-ups for tooling components.
Job Duties:
- Read and interpret part drawings and machining blueprints.
- Set up and operate manual and CNC machining equipment to produce tooling components.
- Understand and apply geometric tolerancing and standard machining practices.
- Perform a wide range of setups independently with minimal oversight.
- Maintain accuracy and quality throughout the machining process.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous Tool and Die experience.
- Must have knowledge of all basic manual tool room equipment.
