Supervisor

Now hiring a Supervisor in Sheffield for 1^st shift.

Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4pm.

Saturdays, 8am – 11am.

Weekly pay ranging between $19 - $20 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Duties:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Oversee loading and unloading of materials, stacking, and proper handling of inventory.
• Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Plan, schedule, and organize warehouse operations to meet deadlines and production targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records using inventory control and warehouse management systems.
• Perform data entry, reporting, and basic analysis using computer systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a manufacturing supervisor is required.
