Soldering

Now hiring a Soldering Worker for a company in Mentor for 1^st shift, 6am – 4:30pm.

Monday – Friday

Weekly pay at $15 per hour.

The Soldering Worker is responsible for precision soldering of electronic components in compliance with industry and company quality standards.

Job Duties:

• Perform hand-soldering of through-hole and surface mount components using soldering irons and rework tools.
• Interpret and follow technical schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect solder joints for defects.
• Utilize magnification equipment to complete thorough inspections.
• Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to resolve assembly issues.
• Assist in other areas of assembly or testing as directed.

Requirements:

• Previous Soldering experience is required.
