What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Manager position at Minute Men Staffing?
Shift Manager (1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift) – $20/hr
Minutemen Staffing is supporting one of our customers in Sterling Heights in hiring 3 Shift Managers (one for each shift).
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead teams of 30–40 employees
- Perform basic Excel data entry and reporting
- Support daily production and workforce operations
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory/management experience
- Basic Excel skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, speak)
- Willing to work a temporary 7-day workweek as needed
Pay: $20/hour
Qualified candidates will be interviewed by the customer.
