NOW HIRING: ROBOTIC TECHNICIAN / CNC MACHINE TENDING

Location: Taylor, MI

Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Weekly Pay | 1st & 2nd Shift Available

Minutemen Staffing is seeking an experienced Robotic Technician to program, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial robotic systems in a CNC machining and welding environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Program and troubleshoot FANUC, Nachi, Yaskawa Motoman, and OTC Daihen robotic systems.
• Set up and adjust robotic arms for CNC machine tending and welding.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment calibration.
• Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Maintain production quality and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial robotics experience required.
• Experience programming multi-axis robotic systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of CNC automation, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work overtime when needed.

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Shifts may increase to 12 hours beginning the second week.
