Now hiring a Recruiter for our office in Columbus.
Monday - Friday | 30-40 hours per week.
Weekly pay ranging between $18 - $20 per hour, depending on experience.
Minutemen strives to provide associates that are well suited for the position that our clients have trusted us to fill.
The primary responsibility of the Recruiter is to work with our external client HR and Hiring Managers to continuously improve the overall client experience to drive retention and support turnover/stability goals.
Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for working with individuals seeking employment and matching him or her with clients. Matchmaker.
- Your people skills are used to conduct interviews with clients to understand their needs, and doing so helps you to realize the best way each associate should be presented to potential clients. Listen to the client and send associates that meet a need.
- The Recruiter will take proactive steps to understand the unique perspective of our external clients and client facing associates’ wants, needs, and priorities to improve overall experience. Focus on Retention.
- Monitor new client hiring needs and share information and resources with Minutemen team. Make a good first impression with new clients.
- Ensure that all existing clients are being adequately serviced by coordinating placement goals with Branch Manager. Foot in every door.
No experience necessary, we are willing to train. Lots of room for growth!
The ideal candidate is social, a team player, and has knowledge of computer use and software such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
