Production Workers are responsible for assisting with the manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and inspection of products while following company procedures and safety guidelines. Duties include operating basic machinery, handling materials, maintaining a clean and organized work area, checking products for quality, and meeting daily production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely.
- Assemble, package, label, and inspect products.
- Load and unload materials from production lines.
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Identify and report defective products or equipment issues.
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
