Production Support – Senior Specialist (Inspector) (Temp-to-Hire)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.25/hour, with a $0.50 increase upon onboarding
Overview:
This role works as a line leader to package finished goods into boxes and packaging for shipping.
Key Responsibilities:
• Works alongside of a packager who packs the products into boxes
• Ensures the products are packed correctly
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Skills:
• High attention to detail
• Strong team-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or GED
Work Environment:
• Very active role requiring standing, walking, bending, and movement throughout the shift
• Frequent lifting of 25–50 lbs
• Warehouse environment with exposure to temperature changes, noise, and production conditions
