Production/Assembly

* Gathers parts, submassemblies, tools, and materials required for the job * Positions parts and tools by using templates or reading measurements * Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit * Utilizes hand held tools and other mechanical equipment * Verifies specifications by measuring completed product * Resolves assembly issues or product defects by notifying supervisor * Reworks and/or repairs assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes * Keeps equipment operatonal by following manufacturer's and departmental instructions, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, calling for repairs or repairing the equipment with supervisor's approval * Maintains safe and clean work environment according to OSHA and as instructed by the manager to comply with procedures, rules, and regulations * Conserve rsources by using appropriate time and energy on equipent and supplies to accomplish job results * Documents actions and issues by completing production or quality forms * Contributes, support, and be a team player by accomplishing related tasks as needed * Performs additional duties that may be given or assigned from time-to-time or as needed due to the demand of business * Observe all company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism and good performance
