What are the responsibilities and job description for the Packager position at Minute Men Staffing?
Now hiring Packagers in West Salem.
Rotating 3-2-2-3 shift, 7pm – 7am.
Weekly pay at $20.20 per hour.
Job Duties:
- Monitor production line to ensure vinyl products move through the manufacturing process properly.
- Inspect products as they exit the production line for quality and consistency.
- Stack finished vinyl products onto dollies for staging and shipment.
- Maintain an organized work area and keep materials flowing efficiently.
- Follow all production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Assist with general production and warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including weekends.
- Previous packaging of vinyl experience is a plus.
Applicants must have their own transportation and complete both a background and drug screening.
