Multiple Shifts!!
Maximizes retail sales and profitability by managing product presentation, stocking shelves, creating engaging displays, and analyzing sales trends. They ensure products are properly rotated, priced, and available, often acting as a liaison between vendors and store management to optimize product placement.
Inventory & Stocking: Restock shelves, maintain backstock organization, and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.
Visual Merchandising: Build attractive, branded product displays and set up promotional materials (e.g., endcaps, signage).
Planogram Execution: Implement, maintain, and update product placement according to company guidelines and planograms.
